Terms and Conditions

“Website” refers to the Bzuriyeh and Bzuriyeh Kabatilo online stores.

“We”, “us”, “our”, “the company”, or “Bzuriyeh” refers to Bzuriyeh Company for Industry and Trade, the owner or operator of the Bzuriyeh brand and the Bzuriyeh Kabatilo brand.

“Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person using the website or placing an order through it.

Use of the website and placement of orders are limited to persons who have full legal capacity to contract under applicable laws. If the website is used on behalf of a minor or a person without full legal capacity, the parent, guardian, or legal representative assumes full responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to have been placed by a person lacking such legal capacity.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate applicable laws, harm the website, or infringe the rights of others.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the information provided is inaccurate, if the website is misused, or if fraudulent or irregular activity is suspected.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, prices, weights, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, product images, packaging, colors, or presentation may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, packaging updates, or product availability.

All food products, including spices, herbs, nuts, coffee, blends, oils, honey, sweets, and packaged items, are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer to offer a suitable replacement, amend the order, or cancel the unavailable item.

Prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinars or any other currency that may be supported by the website. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. The applicable price is the price shown at the time the order is submitted, unless there is an obvious or unintended pricing error.

If there is an obvious and unintended pricing error for any product, Bzuriyeh may cancel the affected order even after confirmation, notify the customer, and refund any amount paid for the affected product, without any additional liability on the company.

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed to the customer at checkout and added to the product price to form the final amount payable.

Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, or online payment methods supported by the website. Acceptance of any payment method depends on its availability at the time of order and the conditions applicable to that method.

When electronic payment methods are used, payment data is processed through approved payment service providers. We do not store full bank card details on our systems, unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy or as permitted by applicable laws.

After an order is submitted, the Bzuriyeh team may contact the customer to confirm order details, address, phone number, payment method, or delivery information.

An order is considered confirmed once it has been accepted and processed by us. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if the customer cannot be reached, if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Although the products described in section 8 cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery merely because the customer has changed their mind, we will review the following cases.

Customers are requested to report any issue that is visible or detectable on delivery within 24 hours of actually receiving the order, or immediately upon discovering the issue if it was not visible at the time of receipt, so that we can review and handle the case appropriately in accordance with applicable laws. This reporting period does not limit the mandatory rights described in section 8.

Cases that may be reviewed include:

1. The customer received a product different from the one ordered.
2. The product was damaged upon receipt.
3. Items were missing from the order, or the quantity or weight was incorrect.
4. The product was expired or unfit for use.
5. The product has a substantiated quality issue.

The customer must provide the order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue through our approved contact channels.

After reviewing and accepting a claim, Bzuriyeh may determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, a full or partial refund, partial compensation, or another suitable remedy depending on the nature of the case and applicable laws.

Claims may be rejected if the product has been consumed, stored improperly, reported after an unreasonable delay from receipt or discovery of the issue, or if there is insufficient evidence of the issue.

Refunds: card payments are refunded to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or in cash at a Bzuriyeh branch, as agreed with the customer. Bzuriyeh initiates an approved refund within 14 calendar days after the claim is accepted; the time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends on their bank or card issuer. The original delivery charge is also refunded when the entire order is affected by an error attributable to Bzuriyeh.

If Bzuriyeh specifically requires an item to be returned because of an accepted claim concerning an error by Bzuriyeh or a defect, Bzuriyeh bears the reasonable cost of the return.

International orders: the same eligibility rules and evidence requirements apply, including the 24-hour period for reporting issues that are visible or detectable on delivery. Items do not need to be physically returned unless Bzuriyeh specifically requests it. Depending on the accepted case and agreement with the customer, the remedy may be a refund or a reshipment. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency to the original payment method; exchange-rate differences and charges applied by card issuers or banks are outside Bzuriyeh's control. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance or brokerage charges paid directly to governments, carriers, brokers, or other third parties, and not collected by Bzuriyeh, cannot be refunded by Bzuriyeh.

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been prepared or handed over for delivery. Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, especially for packaged or made-to-order food products.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if products are unavailable, the customer cannot be reached, a pricing or information error occurs, or misuse of the website is suspected.

Some products may contain, or may be prepared in an environment that handles, allergens such as nuts, sesame, grains, dairy, or other food ingredients.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions or contacting us before purchasing if they have any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or health concerns.

Any nutritional information, product benefits, or usage suggestions provided on the website are for general information only and do not constitute medical or therapeutic advice. Customers should consult a qualified professional when needed.

We are committed to protecting customers’ personal data and processing it in accordance with the Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law and related laws. We collect information such as name, address, phone number, email address, order information, and payment information for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders, communicating with the customer, and improving the service.

We do not share this data with any third party except to the extent necessary to fulfill the order, such as with delivery companies or payment providers, or where legally required. Please refer to the website’s Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, and customer rights related to personal data.

We may offer promotions or discounts for limited periods. Such offers are subject to their own conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Some offers or discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated.

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, designs, product names, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by Bzuriyeh or used with lawful permission. Such content may not be copied, used, reproduced, or republished without prior written approval, except as stated in the following paragraph regarding address data.

The checkout form on this website uses address data from Google's libaddressinput project, published under CC BY 4.0. We use a modified, reduced copy of it to decide which address fields each country requires. The written-approval requirement above does not apply to that address-data copy: its reuse is governed solely by CC BY 4.0, and we impose no additional conditions on it. All other website content remains subject to the requirement above.

This website also uses city and town name data from GeoNames, published under CC BY 4.0. We use a modified, indexed copy of it to search for cities within a selected country. The written-approval requirement above does not apply to that GeoNames data: its reuse is governed solely by CC BY 4.0, and we impose no additional conditions on it.

We take reasonable care to keep the website operational and to provide accurate information and reliable service. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays.

Bzuriyeh shall not be liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from misuse of the website, incorrect information provided by the customer, improper storage of products after delivery, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. The affected provision shall be replaced, to the extent legally permitted, by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended meaning.

These Terms and Conditions, together with any other policies published on the website such as the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Bzuriyeh regarding the use of the website and the placement of orders, and supersede any prior understandings or promises in this respect, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bzuriyeh.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, unless mandatory laws provide otherwise.
